Police in Waltham Forest Borough are appealing for the public’s help in finding a missing teenage schoolgirl.
Kelsey Phipps, 15, who lives in Chingford, was last seen at around 15:00hrs on Friday, 16 June when she left school, but did not return home.
Officers and her family are extremely concerned for her safety and wellbeing, and consider Kelsey vulnerable due to her learning difficulties.

It is believed Kelsey has her Oyster card and mobile phone with her, and is known to frequent the Valentines Park, Ray Lodge Park, and Barkingside areas, but may be in the Gants Hill area.
Anyone who has seen Kelsey or who knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact police in Waltham Forest via 101, or via Twitter @MetCC.
