Ivanka wishes Jared a Happy Father’s Day, but not Trump

Ivanka Trump took to social media to wish her husband Jared a Happy Father’s Day, but neglected to include her father.

The 35-year-old shared a photo of herself smiling alongside Jared as they both hold their three young children, Arabella, Joseph and Theodore.

Along with the family image she shared to Twitter on Sunday morning, she wrote:  ‘Happy Father’s Day! Thank you, Jared, for loving, encouraging and teaching our kids (and me!) everyday. We love you very much! #fathersday’.

She also shared the same photo to her Instagram page with a similar caption.

But the first daughter has yet to share a father’s day message to the president on social media.

The first snap he shared shows him standing alongside his father who is sitting in a chair in front of what appears to be the boardroom featured on NBC’s The Apprentice.

The second image is shows the president wearing a bathrobe while holding his oldest child as an infant.

Trump has favored his palatial residences in Florida and New Jersey over the wooded hideaway used by many presidents before him.

He told foreign newspapers earlier this year that Camp David was ‘very rustic’ and said: ‘You know how long you’d like it? For about 30 minutes.’

Trump is scheduled to return to the White House sometime on Sunday.
