Chelsea set to appease Antonio Conte with £95m spree for Alex Sandro and Tiemoue Bakayoko? Transfer news from Monday’s papers

Chelsea have reportedly encountered problems with Antonio Conte, who has grown dissatisfied with the lack of movement on transfers this summer.

The Blues bid to reward the Italian for delivering the Premier League title in his debut season by spending a whopping £95m on two players, report the Guardian.

They will slash £55m on Juventus left-back Alex Sandro and then move for £40m-rated Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco.

It will prove Chelsea’s intent after watching Manchester United and Manchester City spend lavishly in the opening weeks of the window.
