Barcelona are set to offer Rafinha and £20m in their bid to sign Hector Bellerin.
Right back Bellerin is one of Barca’s top transfer targets this summer – despite the Spain international signing a new six-year contract at the Emirates in November.
Full back Rafinha has a price tag of £25m on his head before the extra cash boost which is likely to massively sweeten the deal for Arsene Wenger, according to the Sun.
The Catalans are confident they can bring Bellerin back to his hometown, after leaving the club in 2011 to forge a career at the Gunners.
Wenger is adamant Bellerin won’t depart this summer, with his future likely to be decided when he returns from the Under-20 Euros.
Wenger tells Giroud: We need you
Arsene Wenger has told Olivier Giroud that Arsenal “need” him next season.
The France striker lost his starting place in the last campaign and has attracted interest from West Ham and Marseille.
Wenger said: “It has been a frustrating season for him because he has not played a lot. And when he has played well, he has not always played the next match.
“He has won us a lot of points when he has come on because he has scored lots of times. He has qualities that our team need.”
Chelsea join race for the Ox
The west Londoners are ready to take advantage of Arsenal’s failure to tie the England midfielder down to a new deal.
Liverpool and Manchester City are already in the hunt with just a year left on Oxlade-Chamberlain’s contract.
Although he has had talks with Arsenal, he has yet to be made a former offer by Emirates chiefs.
